The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Pintevact website, account and learning services. By creating an account, using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Learning materials
Pintevact offers interactive video learning. Free previews are available now; unpublished lessons are clearly marked as in preparation. Learning outcomes depend on your practice and circumstances. We do not guarantee employment or a particular personal or professional result.
Fees, cancellations and changes
Where fees apply, the price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be presented before you enrol. If we need to make a material change to a confirmed programme, we will communicate the available options to affected learners.
Respectful participation
Pintevact is built around constructive critique and generous collaboration. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, infringe another person's rights, harass others, or upload unlawful or harmful material. We may suspend access where needed to protect our community or platform.
Our work and yours
Pintevact retains rights in the platform, programme materials, brand and original content we provide. You retain rights in work you create, while giving us the limited permission needed to store your notes, record your responses, and deliver the learning experience. Your private notes are not used as public testimonials.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Pintevact available and useful, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
