Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Pintevact handles personal information when you visit our website, enquire about a programme, create an account, or take part in a Pintevact learning experience.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, lesson answers, reflections, private notes, saved programmes and membership preferences and messages you send us. We also collect the information needed to keep your account secure and to record learning progress when you use our services.
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides us with the basic account information you approve, such as your name, email address and profile image. We use this only to create and secure your Pintevact account.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide programmes and account services, respond to enquiries, personalise your learning experience, communicate important service updates, and protect the security and integrity of our platform.
Contact messages are stored for the team to review. Your lesson responses and notes are associated with your account and are not published to other learners.
Service providers and sharing
We use trusted providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for website hosting. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information or share it for another organisation's independent marketing purposes.
Cookies and similar technology
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep the site functioning, remember preferences and maintain secure sessions. No optional analytics or advertising tracker is currently loaded. You can save preferences for optional cookies through the settings control.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export your account data from your account page. To make a deletion or other privacy request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. For privacy questions, contact hello@pintevact.com.
