01What we collect
Account details (name, email), learning activity (progress, quiz answers, poll votes, self-ratings), content you write (reflections, notes) and billing references from Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
02How we use it
To run your courses, show your progress, send the emails you've opted into, and improve lessons using aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, poll results).
03Your reflections are private
Reflections and notes are visible only to you. They are protected by row-level security in our database and are never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
04The support assistant
When you use the assistant in the corner of the site, what you type or say is sent to Google's Gemini models to produce a reply, and the conversation is saved so the team can help with issues you report. If you talk to it, your microphone audio is streamed to Google only while a voice session is running. Pintevact does not record or keep the audio; only a written transcript is saved, in the same way as a typed conversation, and it is produced automatically and may contain mistakes. Google processes the conversation under its terms for the Gemini API. The assistant is not given your name, email, purchases, progress or reflections, but anything you type or say yourself, including an email address, is seen by it and saved with the conversation. Transcripts are deleted after 90 days unless an issue you reported is still open, in progress or waiting for you to confirm it is resolved. Guests are remembered by a cookie so they can follow up on an issue. Daily usage counts, which cap how much the assistant can be used, are kept for 30 days against your account or that cookie, and against a hashed form of your IP address rather than the address itself. Issue records are kept after they close; an email address left with an issue is used only to reply about it and is removed 90 days after the issue closes. Deleting your account deletes your conversations and issues.
05Processors
Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Bunny.net (video streaming) and Google (the Gemini models behind the support assistant). Each processes data only on our behalf.
06Your choices
You can update your details, turn off non-essential emails, export your data or delete your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us.
